Worship

We value worship because we believe this is why we were created for. Worship is the cause of our existence. We believe God created us for His glory and the way of accomplishing this is by worshiping Him. We believe worship is a life style; therefore, we desire to reflect this in all we do.

Community

Community is important for the growth of Christ’s church. Our relationships ought to influence the world to come to Christ. We are to love, care, and esteem one another like Christ loves, cares, and esteems His church. He even called us to do this so the world will know we are His people. Jesus says, “So now I am giving you a new commandment: Love each other. Just as I have loved you, you should love each other. Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples” (John 13: 34-35).

Christ-centered education

Christ-centered education is what we believe this world needs; therefore, we believe it is our responsibility to influence the new generation with the gospel while they are young. God wants all humanity to be educated about Him. This world is perishing because of lack of knowledge about God. If we wait, a mature person’s mind becomes resistant against God’s word. We believe godly education can have a great impact in a person’s life like.

God’s Word

We value God’s Word because it assures us and teaches us the mind of God. We believe it is God’s truth being revealed to us. We believe there is power in the Word and that it has the power to change and transform lives. We find courage, comfort, and assurance in the Word. “Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ” (Romans 10:17).

Prayer

Prayer is the key to God’s heart. God loves when we come with our concerns before Him. We believe the more we pray, the closer our relationships come to Christ. We believe prayer is the foundation of our relationship with our triune God. The more we pray the better we understand God and what to expect of Him sometimes. Prayer is essential in our walk with God. It is the way we express ourselves before God. Paul asks us to pray always. It keeps us focused on God. “Pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus” (1 Thessalonians 5:17).

Care for the Poor

We are commanded by Jesus to care for the poor. We believe there is no difference between the rich and the poor. Our mission here on earth is to bless the poor with what Christ has given us, and to do both, feed them and bring them to Christ. Christ loves the poor; therefore, if we are to reflect Christ, we need to love them. Jesus told us that when we help one of the least in any way, we help Him; therefore, this motivates us to do all we can to reach the poor.

Meditation on God’s Word

We value meditation on God’s word. We believe meditation helps us feed our soul and helps us focus on living every day for Christ. When we meditate in God’s word, it helps us stay focused and guides us through the day to live a life of virtue before God through the strength of the Holy Spirit.
